SEPTEMBER 2023 - PRESENT

In September 2023, I joined FAAM, Europe’s first gigafactory dedicated to manufacturing and recycling  lithium cells & batteries for traction, industrial, storage, and military applications.

In my current role, I have successfully closed high-value deals, including a €1.7 million agreement in Q1 2024 and a €440,000 deal in Q4 2023. I collaborate closely with the Global Sales Director to shape strategies and adapt to market changes, while managing my team’s human resources and frequently traveling to support business growth.

I specialize in developing FAAM sales and business models with a focus on Italy, as well as Eastern Europe. My role involves identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with partners and clients, exploring new business opportunities, and advancing B2B initiatives for BESS, Commercial & Industrial, and Residential lithium battery storage systems.

This dynamic position combines strategic planning, market development, and hands-on leadership to drive sustainable growth in the energy storage sector.

NUOVA ERREPLAST, MARKETING & SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Within a year in the company, I was promoted to the Marketing and Sales Account Manager position managing 90 clients and 7 agents for an income revenue of 10.6 million euros. As the Sales Account Manager, I have the responsibility to travel and meet current and potential clients, develop strategies to drive success, sign new deals, maintain relationships, and be the liaison of the company. 
At the start of 2021, I developed and promoted a partnership with Casa Sanremo 2021, Nastri D’Argento 2021, ISL International Swimming League Naples 2021, and Premio Tenco Sanremo 2021, proposing and launching Nuova Erreplast as Technical Partner for the events, exposing the company to 2.000.000+ viewers.
Since then, I have had the privilege of creating a sustainable project, “I Super Sostenibili - The Value of Recycling,” and is in the process of partnering and combining forces with Napoli Basket and Comune di Napoli to encourage the community of sustainable living, while displaying the company brand of flexible packaging.

Orchestrated and promoted with Casa Sanremo 2022, reconfirming Nuova Erreplast as a Technical Partner of the Sanremo Festival. Developed the idea to promote and donate FFP2 masks for all 6000 workers, 30+ artists, and 80.000+ visitors of the event leading to an increase in sales, as well as attended the official company interview as Brand Ambassador with Veronica Maya to explain the importance of our products and our sustainable project “I Super Sostenibili.”

In 2022, I organized a partnership with Napoli Basket, and Nuova Erreplast officially became the main sponsor for Napoli Basket for seasons 2022/2023 & 2023/2024. As the Marketing Manager, I created advertising campaigns to drive marketing efforts by promoting company products, product launches, and company services to TV viewers, fans, shareholders, and companies of 2500 attendance per game. In November 2022, together, with the Napoli Basket organization and Comune di Napoli, we unveiled the project “I Super Sostenibili” in Napoli elementary schools to further educate the company’s goal of sustainability and the importance of recycling for the planet.


NUOVA ERREPLAST, SALES MANAGER

OCTOBER 2020 - SEPTEMBER 2021

Accepted the challenge of a new life chapter at Nuova Erreplast Srl. Within the past ten years, the company grew by +459%. As the Sales Manager, I, together with the CEO and the Key Accounts Manager, developed new business strategies to increase the foreign markets for 2021-2022, specifically for the Canadian and U.S. markets.  
I helped manage 45 clients and 7 agents, primarily focusing on flexible industrial packaging solutions. Furthermore, I had accepted the "Meltblown" challenge. The Meltblown is the filtering texture needed to produce PPE products like FFP2/N95 certified masks. Nuova Erreplast Srl. invested in the Meltblown Extrusion machine, becoming the first Italian producer of the material that makes me in charge - together with the CEO and the Head of the Department - of developing the product's business.  
Simultaneously, my social media and public relations field experience inspired me to support the company's social media handles. This role included day-to-day posts on LinkedIn and developing an Instagram page from scratch in January 2021. In addition to social media, I facilitated the company to connect and build relationships publically to become the Protection Device Partner for one of the most prestigious Italian events, "Festival di Sanremo" at its 41st Edition.

GREENWATT CANADA INC., SALES MANAGER

FEBRUARY 2019 - FEBRUARY 2020

As a GreenWatt marketing and sales team member, I, together with the CEO, led sales development for the Canadian and U.S. markets. I helped build and execute new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact while strategically building key relationships with partners and potential clients. Within 4 months, my team and I generated 200+ leads with an increased profit of $275,000 for the company.

Because of the machine’s 92-96% efficiency, we created a free hot water energy project for New York buildings. We partnered up with Livolt Cogen and Nyserda, resulting in 8 approved projects by Nyserda. These machines are now placed in New York, Toronto, and Europe.

As a Public Relations Consultant for TAO Group, I've been fortunate to work closely with one of the most elite hospitality groups in the world. I, together with the co-creator, Ivano, helped birth a successful event in Midtown Manhattan, Aperitivo Tuesdays. We wanted to cook something different from how most hospitality groups approached events. The theme we fell in love with was Italian Aperitivo depicting Italian cities. One of the most popular go-to vacation spots to visit in the world is in a charming little town found in Naples, Italy. In 2017, we decided to dedicate this edition to a warm summer in the Almafi Coast, specifically Positano. This beautiful little beach town is famous for its colorful buildings, tourists, and flowers, as seen in the video.
